Educational Records Review

This service includes a detailed review of educational records such as IEPs, evaluations, progress reports, and behavior plans. Families receive written feedback highlighting strengths, gaps, and recommendations to help guide future conversations and decisions.

IEP Meeting Attendance

Support during IEP meetings can help families feel confident and heard. We attend meetings with you (virtually or in person), help clarify information, support respectful communication, and ensure your concerns and priorities are addressed.

60 min Phone Consultation

This extended consultation allows for a deeper conversation about your child’s educational needs. We review concerns, discuss options, and help families develop a clear plan for advocating effectively with their school team.

Document Creation 

This service provides families with professionally written documents such as emails to school staff, meeting summaries, checklists, and organized notes. We help put your concerns and priorities into clear, respectful language so communication with the school team is effective and well documented.

IEP Essentials

IEP Essentials is designed for families who want a clear understanding of their child’s IEP. We review the document together, explain important sections in plain language, and identify strengths, areas of concern, and questions to bring back to the school team.

IEP Process Start to Finish 

This comprehensive service supports families through the entire IEP process from preparation to follow-up. It includes a 30-minute pre-meeting consultation, attendance at the IEP meeting, and a 30-minute post-meeting phone call to review outcomes, clarify next steps, and plan follow-up actions.

30 min Phone Consultation

This brief consultation is ideal for families with a specific question or immediate concern. We provide focused guidance, help you think through next steps, and answer questions related to IEPs, communication with schools, or advocacy strategies.

Care Giver Coaching 30min/1hr

Caregiver coaching focuses on helping families feel confident supporting their child at home and in school settings. Sessions may include guidance on communication strategies, understanding school expectations, managing stress, and building advocacy skills over time.

After Hours Support

After-hours support is available for families who need assistance outside of standard business hours. This service provides timely guidance for urgent questions, upcoming meetings, or situations that cannot wait for a scheduled appointment.
